Refund policy
We value your purchase and being a staple in your TARAF Closet. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or store credit. Returned items must be received within 10 days for a return and we do charge a 15% restocking fee.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help make it right. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

- Reason for Return of Exchange
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Please note we are unable to provide return shipping labels at the moment)
- Once you have completed the return steps online, simply drop off your sealed package to your nearest USPS.
- As a reminder, TARAF is not responsible for shipping fees, customs or lost returns.
